INFANTS

Six Weeks - Fifteen Months

The Teacher proudly provides a nurturing, caring environment; where relationships are built, and infants feel secure and confident to explore developmentally appropriate materials. Our little ones spend a good part of their day singing songs, reading stories, and investigating the world around them. You will find teachers rocking babies, feeding them at mealtime, and nurturing them to build confidence that will prepare them for their next adventure, the toddler room.

TODDLERS

Fifteen Months - Two Years Nine Months

In the Toddler classroom, the children are provided structure while engaging in activities that foster the many areas of development. One of the things that makes two-year-old's so much fun is that toddlers are becoming effective in communicating. They are little explorers and are learning many new skills – walking, talking, and figuring out how things work – our environment is safe and educational which allows them to venture out and make lots of discoveries when they feel a strong sense of security in their environment.

PRESCHOOL

Two Years Nine Months- Five Years

Acquiring self-help skills is an essential part of the preschool experience. The children continue their growth in our preschool program while engaging in fun activities. We encourage children to clean up toys and materials through modeling, music, and song. Children learn to be responsible for their own things and keep items in their assigned cubbies. At this age, they enjoy their friendships with each other. Our teachers give them ample time for unstructured, imaginative play, which helps them develop language skills and socialization.

 Gross Motor Development

There are many benefits to an outside classroom for children, including increased opportunities for social interaction, sensory exploration, and physical activity.

An outside classroom also provides a more natural environment for children to learn, which can help reduce stress and encourage creativity. Additionally, being in nature can help to reduce screen time and increase overall well-being. The benefits of an outside classroom include the following:

INDOOR PLAYGROUND

 Gross Motor Development

One of the best ways to help your child develop gross motor skills is to take them to an indoor playground. Here are some of the benefits:

1. Large muscles get a workout.

Running, climbing, and jumping are all great exercises for developing large muscle groups.

2. Small muscles get a workout, too.

Fine motor skills are important for tasks like writing and drawing. But did you know that they also play a role in gross motor skills? That’s because small muscles help to stabilize the larger muscles, making them both stronger.

3. Coordination is improved.

Indoor playgrounds are a great place to practice coordination. This can also help to improve coordination in other areas of their life.

4. Balance is improved.

Walking on a balance beam, climbing and jumping are all great ways to improve balance. And because indoor playgrounds often have a variety of activities, your child can try different things to find the ones that help them improve their balance the most.

5. Confidence is boosted.

Trying new things and overcoming challenges can help to boost your child’s confidence. And what better place to do that than at an indoor playground? With its many obstacles and challenges, an indoor playground is a perfect place for your child to build their confidence.

We believe in healthy choices and convenience all in one place. Eating healthy is one of the best things you can do for your child’s health and development. Eating a balanced diet helps children grow, develop strong bones and teeth, and provide energy to stay active throughout the day. Eating healthy can also help children maintain a healthy weight, lower their risk for chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease, and can even improve their mental health. Eating a variety of foods can also help children get all the vitamins, minerals, and other important nutrients their bodies need. Eating healthy Is a great way to ensure your child gets the nutrition they need to stay healthy and happy!

OUR VERY OWN STEAM ROOM

A preschool STEM classroom can provide many benefits for young learners. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) helps young students develop essential critical thinking and problem-solving skills. It also allows them to understand the world around them and how different elements interact. Additionally, learning STEM topics helps young students develop a sense of curiosity and exploration, which can benefit other areas of their development. Finally, preschool STEM classrooms can help foster a love of learning in young students. By engaging in hands-on activities that are relevant to the world around them, students can gain an appreciation of science, technology, engineering, and math that will stay with them as they grow.

ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS

Enrichment programs for children can offer a variety of benefits. These programs can help children develop necessary social and academic skills, such as problem-solving, communication, and collaboration. Additionally, enrichment programs can help children develop their imagination and creativity. They can also help children explore their interests and gain essential life skills, such as working as part of a team and handling stress and difficult situations. Finally, they can provide a safe and welcoming environment, allowing children to have fun and make friends while learning.
